Here it is the day before we leave for Singapore! This day is suddenly upon us. Are we ready? No! But, yes!
Barb and I are looking forward to seeing the students we have had in the past. It has been six months since we have seen them; but it seems that it is longer than that. We dearly miss them. We are looking forward to seeing them and being with them. However, we are looking forward to meeting other students and making our acquaintence with them.
We are looking forward to seeing the new principal, his wife, and the faculty that we have worked with. I know that they are doing well, but it will be good to see them and be with them.
We are looking forward to being with our Singaporean leadership and pastors. We miss them and we desire that they continue to strive for God''s plans for their lives and the life of the local church. Again, we need to be with them!
We are looking forward to seeing Phil and Lisa. They have been dear and precious friends and colleagues. They have a heart to follow the ways and plans of the Lord. We are anxious to be with them!
"Being" is so important to a person's life. Let each of us take time and be with someone today. In fact why don't you take some time and be with the Lord and His Word. This is the most important relationship in a person's life.
